Licensing Policy
Single User License:
Each MoneySoft product is made available subject to an End-User Software License Agreement. This License Agreement authorizes a single, individual user to install and operate the software on a single machine or over an internal network.
As a courtesy to our customers, we will allow a user to also install and operate the software on a laptop or home computer without an additional cost.
Technical support is only provided to authorized users. The authorized user can be changed only by contacting MoneySoft’s technical support at 602-266-7710 during regular business hours (8am to 5pm PST).
Multiple Users / Network Users:
MoneySoft’s systems are all desktop applications that run locally. However, data files can be stored on a shared network drive and accessed by multiple users. In a multi-user environment, each user must obtain a license and register the software on each computer where the program is used.
Additional licenses can be purchased (at a discount from the original retail price) for multiple users within the same entity.
